The latest sparkling wine vintage from Pelle (best sparkling winemaker in Hungary) from furmint grapes across their estate. This is made in the champagne method, and has spent 3 years on its lees before disgorging. Gentle bubbles, crisp and appley with great complexity because of its considerable time on its lees. Gorgeous now, but will only get better with age.
