Bendida Samodiva Wild Rubin 2020

This is one of 380 bottles produced by Elizabeth, and she has put so much love and care into its making - from biodynamically farmed Rubin grapes from ancient vines, to wild fermentation with minimal intervention, and finally to the hand bottling and labelling. Rubin is a Bulgarian grape formed as a cross between Nebbiolo and Syrah, and you get the best of both in this wine. Black cherries and pepper, with a distinct gentle aroma of roses. It is untamed, wild and natural. A divine message in a bottle of what human love can do in partnership with nature!
