A beautiful full bodied white wine from the premier vineyard of the Eger region. It has a deep and complex aroma accompanied by chalky, mineral notes showcasing its terroir. An extremely refined wine with ripe tropical fruits and beautiful tertiary notes from the barrel ageing providing a complex experience. The combination of aromatics, acidity, and the characteristics from barrel fermenting and aging work perfectly here, and it has an endless finish. I would pair this with buttery fish or poultry dishes, and even ham.
