Our first British wine! We went to this gorgeous family run vineyard and orchard in Cornwall, and tasted their wines. The standout for Para Dewa was this one - a beautiful sparkling rosé made in the champagne method, with flavours of raspberry, notes of honey, gorgeous bubbles, and a long finish.
Their scrumpy ciders were delicious too, if you're ever that way.
