A light bodied fruity red wine, but because these grapes are from 100 year old vines, there is an unusual intensity in this expression of the Kadarka grape. The winemaker has made the decision to let the grape speak for itself, and so it is spontaneously fermented (no added yeast) in 100% stainless steel and is kept unfiltered. This summer, I'm drinking this slightly chilled.
