Petit Bonsai 2023 - Vida Peter

The perfect red wine for turkey dinner, or just to sip on its own. Because these grapes are from 100 year old vines, there is an unusual intensity in this expression of the Kadarka grape. Vida Peter has made the decision to let the grape speak for itself, and so it is spontaneously fermented (no added yeast) in 100% stainless steel and is kept unfiltered. Such a beautiful wine, I'm so excited to be adding it to the Para Dewa portfolio.
