Lajver Signum 2020

A full bodied premium Bikaver from Szekszard. It is full of dark fruit like plums, blackberries, even prunes, with good tannins. There are also nice oaky flavours that come through like chocolate, coffee, sweet spices, and even a bit of tobacco. Serve with slow-cooked meat (lamb or beef), aubergine, or mushrooms. It should also work with Indian food cooked the same way. This is a gorgeous Christmas wine!
