Erzsebet Pince Kiraly Dulo 2020

An extremely elegant wine from Erszebet Pince. This is a 100% furmint from their premium parcel - Kiraly Dulo (historical grand cru) and only 1000 bottles were made. It is a mouth-watering fuller bodied wine, with flavours of white peach and ginger, and a strong saline minerality typical of Kiraly. It has a slight waxiness that complements the steely lean core, that makes the finish last forever. This has been fermented in French oak, and aged for 8 months in Hungarian oak.

Pair this with white meat, fish, and it works very well with Chinese food.
