Occasion: Christmas eve - the perfect seafood wine
Food Pairing: Fish and seafood, and surprisingly well with Chinese and even Indian (fish or veg) food.
Tasting notes: With only 1000 bottles made, it is a mouth-watering fuller bodied wine, with flavours of white peach and ginger, and a strong saline minerality typical of Kiraly. It has a slight waxiness that complements the steely lean core, that makes the finish last forever. This has been fermented in French oak, and aged for 8 months in Hungarian oak.
