Pet Nat is often seen as an edgier wine style, but it's actually the oldest way of making sparkling wine. While made in a very natural way (don't get put off by the sediment), it's still a gorgeous wine, and one to take out when your cool friends from East London come visit. Or just to drink on a sunny day.
