Sebestyen Porkolab Kekfrankos 2021
Sold out£23.00
A medium bodied red wine made from the indigenous Kekfrankos grape, with juicy aromas of sour cherry, red berries and black pepper. It has spent material time in old Hungarian oak barrels, which means that it has really mellowed and has very smooth tannins. Like many Hungarian wines, it's a great food wine, I'd have it with pasta and tomato dishes, and I think it would also pair well with mushrooms.
Comparable to a Chianti
