Pelle Borange 2023 - Orange wine

This is an orange wine, but not the stereotypical unstable natty wine you'd expect. Like all Pelle's wine, this has been made beautifully, with the white grapes spending time with their skins. This gives the wine a bit more body and texture, making it a gorgeous food wine, especially with dishes where you would normally serve red. Only 1000 or so bottles of this wine were made.
