Myrtus Dry Szamorodni

A sweet botyrtised wine (szamorodni) is allowed to ferment further, and under a layer of flor (like with sherry) to create this incredibly unusual wine. It smells as you would expect a sweet Tokaj to smell, but when you taste it, it is very dry. The strong acidity and salinity make it an awesome pairing with cheese.
