Erzsebet Szamorodni 2021

This is a sweet wine made from botyritised grapes, like Sauternes. Flavours of orange peel, ginger, and warm spices. This is ready to drink but will also age beautifully. Pairs well with apple and pear desserts, mince pies, and hard cheeses. Try it with iberico ham or foie gras, and you'll be surprised at how well they go together as well! An older vintage was recently selected by the Michelin team for a special meal at Helene Darroze at the Connaught
